What to include
What you were doing, what happened instead, roughly when, and the length of the video involved. If it is about a charge, include the email address on your account and the date of the charge, but never your full card number.
Reporting a problem from inside the app
Every cut in KatVid has a Report a problem button in the editor. Today the report is kept with the edit on your iPhone, so if you want us to see it, describe it in your email too.
Subscriptions and billing
Cancel a website subscription from your KatVid account (Manage billing), and an App Store subscription from your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your plan to the end of the paid period. Our Terms explain refunds.
